UK delivery information

Delivery is free of charge for all orders over £20 within the UK. 

Accessory or parts orders under £20 delivery is £4.

When will I receive my bike (UK)? 

Delivery of in-stock bikes will be up to 3 working days from the date of ordering. 

We will email you to let you know once your bike has left us, it should then arrive within 2 working days* between 8am and 6pm and will need signing for.

*If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands or Northern Ireland, delivery may take up to 5 working days from the date of despatch. For Isle of Man your delivery may take up to 2 working days following despatch.

Our couriers do not deliver on bank holidays. 

When should I receive my accessories/parts (UK)?

You will receive your order within 3 working days of ordering.

For the time being, we are sending all parts and accessory orders via courier, to avoid delays caused by strikes at Royal Mail.

You will receive tracking details when your order ships, and it should be delivered the next working day between 8am – 6pm, though the couriers are working longer hours at this time of year.

How can I track my order?

When we despatch your bike or large accessory/part you will receive an email with the consignment number and a tracking link.

If you have ordered a small part or accessory, we will ship your order via 1st Class Royal Mail which does not have a tracking facility. 

What if I am not at home to sign for my order?

Our couriers are required to obtain a signature upon delivery. You can also leave a note for the delivery driver requesting that the parcel be left in a safe place or with your neighbour. The note MUST include your signature for the driver to scan.

If you are not at home to sign for the delivery, our courier will leave a card and email you. You then have the following options: 

• Reschedule delivery
• Collect from depot*

Freight forwarding companies

Islabikes do not deliver to freight forwarding companies. If you place an order to a freight forwarding company we reserve the right to refuse your order and will be unable to offer any aftersales service, including delivery support.

European and channel islands delivery information

How to order an Islabike for delivery in Europe and the Channel Islands.

There is a charge for deliveries within Europe and the Channel Islands, this will be included in your quotation. We are unable to deliver to destinations outside of Europe.

When will I receive my order (Europe)?

Your bike or parts will be despatched within 15 working days. We will email you to let you know once your delivery has left us, delivery will then take up to 15 working days, depending on your location, and will need signing for. Please see the table below for delivery timescales.

VAT and duty 

Once your order is completed and despatched, you will need to make payment for any relevant VAT and duty so that your bike will clear customs. Please note that without payment of this your bike will not be released from customs into your country and may be returned to us.

These additional charges are your responsibility and are not included in the price that you pay to us.
